Small lot and built during covid.
Solutions
Maximised space by building a downstairs living area and reconfigured the floor plan upstairs to build in a deck and convert it to a master suite with walk in robe and ensuite.
Outcome
By building in underneath, we were able to double the size of the home and were still able to maintain enough space for a good size yard and swimming pool.
