Frequently asked questions

How long will my bespoke home take to design?

It can be hard to estimate the timeframe for custom projects, as they differ on a range of factors. Typically, we expect to take 6 to 9 months to design for large projects such as Custom New Homes.

How long will my home take to build?

Once your design is finalised and we have carefully planned the next phase, we will provide an accurate timeframe for the construction of your home. You can generally expect it to take from 6 to 12 months depending on the size and level of finish of your home.

When should I consult a builder?

We recommend engaging a builder first, even before starting the design process. An initial discussion with your builder and their ongoing involvement in the design process will help keep the design within your budget and streamline the build process. Though, if you already have a design, we are more than happy to work with it, and love to offer recommendations to further improve it.

Will you help me with contractors, council approvals, and architects?

Absolutely. We work closely with you throughout your build and can be your single point of call for the entire process if you wish.
