We sit down with you and get to know each other. We’ll talk through your expectations, your vision and the restrictions on your new project, before going through options and opportunities that might work for you. It’s important that we find out if we’re a good fit together.

After agreeing to work together on your design, we get to work and, if needed, we will connect you with an architect or Building Designer who understands your vision. We’ll get your ideas onto paper and create the initial home design with floor plans and elevations. We’re happy to act as your liaison throughout the process and can also manage council approval.

With your designs in hand, we begin the process of estimation through reputable suppliers and other contacts. We take great care to be precise so we can offer you a reliable quote. At this point, we work with you to fine-tune your design until you’re happy to give your approval to proceed with the construction.

The plan is in place and everything is ready to go - it’s time to sign on with CJR Construction. Contracts are prepared for you to sign. We use plain English contracts through Master Builders so you can be confident in our agreement.

With your go-ahead, it’s time to begin your build. We run on a strict timeframe and work alongside trusted tradespeople to see your new home spring up from its foundations. During construction, we’ll provide you with frequent updates via email, and regularly scheduled site visits so you can see your design come to life.

As we’re applying the finishing touches on your new home, we run a thorough series of quality assurance inspections and prepare the site for your arrival. We hand you the keys and give you a full tour. We’ll walk you through all the details you’ll need to know as a new homeowner, and let you and your family get settled in.

After you’ve had a chance to adjust to your new life, we’ll check back in to ensure that everything is working as expected. Any issues that have arisen during the first few months of your residence will be quickly rectified, and we’ll be just a phone call away at any time if you have any questions.
